  1. Chronic pain and cancer sufferers have been lied to for years. Check out thedoctorpatientforum for the true story of how an inaccurate study was promoted and accepted causing unnecessary suffering, more deaths through overdose and suicide and how the doctors who promoted the study have benefited. My daughter is dying in agony because of the lie that more opiates cause more pain when her lived experience has proved just the opposite. Opiate prescriptions in USA and Australia are at their lowest while pain, suffering, and deaths from the ‘opioid crisis’, a construct, are at their highest. If I had the energy, time and money, I would sue the CDC and Australia’s Department of Health for allowing discredited Dr Roger Chou and colleagues to grow rich and famous on the pain of innocent patients. The health system is sick!
