  1. It depends how severe your pain is. This is great advice for pain levels 1-5, after 5 you just pray, get in the habit of having water at all times near your bed, so that when you are in moderate to severe pain, you won’t space out and forget.❤

  2. I appreciate the sentiment but realistically if you have something like severe nerve pain that’s lasted say around 5yrs it doesn’t just get better , I’m glad if you aren’t in pain but this is dangerous and a bit misinformed.
