  1. I have couple fingers that lock up in joints & are extremely painful. At present I’ve been doing hand exercises along w/finger exercises. As I get older (am in 70s now) I find other joints like my right knee locking up too, I take vitamin C daily, as well as others. Am finding turning doorknobs, opening cans so use can opener, flossing teeth at night, very painful. I use creams, arthritis pills, etc wherever I can find relief of swelling, locked fingers, etc
I have a percussion massager which I will try as it has different attachments as well as heat. Hopefully get relief. I also purchased special made gloves at nearly 100$ what junk, wore them twice & seams started ripping apart already. So now I have to sew the seams in both left & right gloves over ! I know I will do a much better job keeping seams together then what came from China made m!
