  1. First day doing the baking soda and the potassium citrate….. we’ll see.

7:13a…. still not able to walk, and the pain is still there. Maybe throughout the day I’ll have some relief

  2. This is nonsense. As someone who suffers from chronic gout arthritis, my doctor told me to drink lots of water around 6-8 glasses per day to flush out excess uric acid. Start taking medications like colchicine and ibuprofen before the gout attack worsens and then rest, ice, compression & elevate (RICE)

  3. Hopefully, my experience helps someone: Fructose triggers it for me, I might add, stress, lots of fructose and carbs. Yesterday, I had a large pasta dish with a couple of beers and for desert, large, luscious dates. I counted a dozen. Damm the torpedoes, they were good!. A couple of hours later, I started to feel pain in the left toe, which kept increasing until it was hard to walk. This not being new to me, I started drinking lots of water and took tart cherry concentrate capsules, together with celery seed extract capsules. Also got tart cherry juice and started drinking it, diluting it with water. Pain subsided fast and was barely noticeable the next day. Kept drinking lots of water during the day and had sensible meals, no alcohol and for protein, chicken breast. 24 hours later I am 100%. Be mindful of what you eat (don’t through caution to the wind as I did) and if you feel a gout event coming, immediately follow the protocol indicated above. I will also incorporate the capsules on a daily basis as a precautionary measure, you might also consider doing it. Be well!
