  1. Not on the list here but work wonders as anti-inflammatory herbs: ginger, tumeric with black pepper to activate, lavender, rosemary and comfrey. Ginger and tumeric are great internally while the others are great externally either as essential oils (please dilute) or infused oil (comfrey).

  2. I’m suffering with pain in my knees and behind the knee up to my hip only on the right side. I’m going to some of these. I’m starting with Solomon Seal.
