  1. I take all of the above and more, still have flare-up,infact , I have one for so long is so hard to get rid of . I exercise, eat healthy, and do all the right things and still is here.

  2. Moringa helping my arthritis. I normally take tumeric, vitamin d, evp, omega 3 or axanthin already for psoriasis. I had neck pain which migrated to my shoulder and went to chiropractor for 9 months. One side of my clavicle is swollen and hurt to the touch. I added moringa from half tsp to now about 1 to 1.5 tsp to my coffee. Wow. Made a huge difference but my psoriasis is still there… just not as bad. Btw, i take biologics but insurance keeps turning it down so i ask my doctor for samples when my psoriasis gets bad.
